Combine and overlap fabric, lace and accessories to create stories, landscapes and suggestive charm.
3.1. VALIGINE: The key item of the trip turns into a “sofa suitcase”. The idea is to recall the sensation of running away, to discover an adventure in an unusual context…dreaming taking a nap on the sofa…isn’t it a good way of travelling? The colour range from brown to beige, dark blue to grey. The decorated patches remind you of different places that have been visited and that are still dreamt about.
3.2. MADE IN TUSCANY:
This series was inspired from the landscape looking out of their our studio window. The typical hilly Tuscan landscape, with its ploughed fields and cypress trees gave life to a series of cushions with circular chapes and colour inspired from the natural surroundings.
3.3. MY…: Cut pieces of fabric create a game of colours, fabric and tones that match thanks to cntrast of texture and matching patterns; on a background made with three kinds of fabric, there are fun and spunky shapes sown with details which are make the images come alive. A spunky lively cushion, able to soften always keeping a balanced style.
3.4. ARSENICO AND OLD NEEDLEPOINT: Old doilies bring back memories of women who sowed with great craftsmanship and the authenticity of hand made works. With the idea to give a new life to these doilies, we created a series which evokes female and male figures through accessories which distinguish one from the other one. A refined and nostalgic style reinterpretation of an object which belongs to the past.
